Cajamarca, Peru – This project, in cooperation with Eagle Condor and the local Rotary Club, is designed to teach self-reliance principles to help individuals and families become more successful in their home, businesses, and communities. It helps individuals, families, and communities to develop self-reliant family budgets, micro-credit business plans, and community projects.
